Ignoring cracks in tile or walls can be a costly mistake, but if homeowners can’t see them or understand the consequences of not repairing them, it can cost them more in the long run. Safe & Sound Home Modifications provides home maintenance services for a reasonable fee making sure the home is retaining its value and ensuring it’s structurally sound. These services are numerous, but may include:

If maintaining the home is not top-of-mind, Safe & Sound Home Modifications provides worry-free packages. Our professionals will come out four times a year to review the home and inspect the major systems. The maintenance package includes:

• Spring maintenance: Gutter cleaning, Air filters, ceiling fans, decks, patios, siding, windows, fences, irrigation system

• Summer maintenance: AC, crawl space, foundation, lights, sinks, support, trim, washing machine

• Fall maintenance: Gutter cleaning, putting away hoses, draining irrigation system, treating roof, clear deck and patio, check furnace

• Winter maintenance: Check seals, floor registers, fireplace, refrigerator, toilets, seasonal lighting

• Home safety check: At each visit, we will check and repair the home for common safety issues: test and change fire alarm batteries, check washer lines, check the hot water heater, check faucet washers and drains, check fire extinguishers, alarm testing, GFCI outlets, and any external access points to prevent intruders.

Safe & Sound Home Modifications will provide a detailed evaluation describing all the major systems of the home and list any concerns that may arise from our inspection. This evaluation can be shared with family, in the event that there are family members who have an interest in knowing the state of the home.
